KBB making headlines!

A group of dedicated litter pickers got to work on a really grotty area, and their efforts made the local newspaper.

Over the last two weekends, Keep Bromsgrove Beautiful group members have been tackling an area of land next to Sugar Brook, at the edge of the Aldi and Supablinds car park in Aston Fields.
Nine people have spent 3 hours and removed 33 bags of litter! And there is more to clear!

The oldest piece found was from 2013, there was layer upon layer of litter, as well as multiple bottles of the innocuously-named ‘Driver Tizer’ left by truck drivers who overnight in the spot. Urgh!

Huge thanks to everyone who took time out to help, and thank you to Tristan Harris at the Bromsgrove Standard for covering the story.
